Volunteering in Nepal

Jumping for joy during my one day off when I went trekking in Nepal to do medical volunteer work for a month 📷🙌🏽 For the other 27 days, we were either trekking through the Himalayas (intense physical days) or holding clinic (intense mental days). Never would have made it through without the laughs, support, and guidance from my Nepali co-workers and guides.
